Samantha Williams is the Branch Manager and Escrow Officer leading the Williams Team at Pioneer Title Agency. Samantha has been in the industry for over nineteen years and prides herself on leadership, team-building abilities, relationship nurturing, and organization to remain proactive. Over her 19 years in the industry, she has successfully closed all types of transactions from residential resale and refinance to bank owned properties and short sales to commercial real estate, business equity sales and everything in between! She explains, "if there is a way to close a transaction, I will find it and get it done." She works with her team on organization and work flow as well as best practices. She also teaches lenders and realtors about escrow processes, the difference between title and escrow, how to read a title commitment, what to look for on HOA demands, the flow of an Escrow and much much more! Samantha is an intragal part of the Women's Counsel of Realtors Tucson (WCR) Board as the current Ways and Means Chair and incoming Membership Director. She's also a member of Tucson Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and is currently serving on a few different committees with aspirations of soon serving on the Board as well. A busy escrow branch isn't the only thing she leads. When she isn't working to close files, you can find her coaching and managing a competitive 18U Girls Softball Team or spending time with her four children, two dogs, and her husband. Samantha has a deep love for giving back to her community, and her favorite organization to support is the Ronald McDonald House. This organization hits home because she and her family lived there when her daughter was battling cancer in Chicago. Whether it is on the field, giving back to the community, or in her Pioneer Title office - working with Samantha is always a home run!
