Reliable: As a consultant for Grainger and as someone in an inventory management role at one of Eli Lilly's clinical trial warehouses, the ability to be reliable is of the upmost advantage. I drive to be an employee that is never idle at work by looking for new tasks to do and opportunities to learn. By learning all of these tasks and continually completing all of my tasks on time, I have continued to emphasize my reliability and dependability through all of my positions.Resourceful Leadership: As a BPA club President, I found that it is expected that as the leader, I had all the answers in order to successfully lead the club in the right direction. The only way that I managed to accomplish this is through resourcefulness, whether that be doing individual research or simply being willing to ask for help. Even in my experience as a fry cook, I found that it was very important to be resourceful so that everything could get done on time. Mentor: As a K-204 peer tutor and as a friend, helping others succeed is something that has come to mean a lot to me. In high school, I tutored in number of friends in various math classes such as Algebra II and Pre-Calculus in order to help them graduate high school. As a peer tutor I have the opportunity to help other students every week and ensure that they are understanding the material that they need to know for the class.
