• Mentored 40 foreign officers comprising an Afghan Battalion headquarters on military staff functions, project management, logistical operations, and military leadership.
• Project Manager for 3 joint U.S. and Afghan construction projects valued at over $1 million that developed host nation engineer capability and enhanced Afghan security.

• Led a headquarters team of 20 associates to monitor and control global operations for an organization of 3200+ people organized into 6 departments with $1.0 billion in resources and equipment.
• Developed from best practices the standard operating and reporting procedures for a new organization.
• Project Manager for construction of new physical fitness equipment, increasing functional capacity 100%.

Planned and led training seminars and simulated exercises for 20 Logistical Units across the Army.

Iraq

• Led organization of 150 people with $25 million in materials and equipment to conduct construction and combat operations with the enduring mission to maintain an assigned 500 kilometer road network in Iraq.
• Senior project manager for hasty repair of roads, building new patrol bases and partnering with Iraqi Engineers to re-build the infrastructure of the country. Successfully completed 18 total construction projects.
• Served as the interim Battalion Executive Officer for a period of 9 months. Senior Director of an 800-person organization. Responsible for 10 senior operations managers and $125 million of equipment.
