• Created the only Army Division level international coordination team to coordinate with 11 foreign nations to develop new training venues and improving other nation’s ability to respond to international disasters.
• Planned and executed the successful execution of the first ever Pacific Pathways Exercise executing deployment to and training in Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia while remaining within a $10 million budget.
• Coordinated and managed 19 training exercises in 11 foreign nations ensuring national level agreements were drafted and supported to increase cooperation across the Pacific region.
• Coordinated for the development and funding of the first training exercise with Vietnam in over 50 years.

Springfield, MA

• Implemented new procedures to improve efficiency and reduce processing times by 15% for applicants while several key pieces of screening equipment were disabled.

• Coordinated with the South Korean Army to create training opportunities without increasing the unit’s budget that improved integration despite language and technical issues.
• Trained a junior staff to conduct effective operational planning that was recognized by the senior Brigade executive for their ability to plan efficiently and eliminate risks.

Kabul, Afghanistan

• Developed and implemented a vetting process to review over $1 billion worth of contracts that terminated over $150 million worth of contracts for corruption and links to insurgents.
• Developed a plan to reduce corruption in Afghanistan that received praise from General Petraeus and led to the removal of over 20 Afghanistan government officials.
• Led the team to refine work flows for the International Joint Command, eliminating redundancies and improving efficiency that enabled the command to operate effectively despite a reduction in personnel.
• Led operational planning teams comprised of international military and civilians to provide solutions to complex ambiguous problems that were approved and implemented in Afghanistan by the Senior Military executives.

• Directed the successful accelerated evaluation of the Excalibur precision guided artillery round program valued in excess of $1 billion dollars ensuring all deadlines were met without increasing risk.
• Developed and gained approval for the modeling and simulation plan to support the accelerated evaluation of the Excalibur precision guided round and reduce testing costs by over $1 million.
• Selected to implement a new mission based test and evaluation methodology later adopted by the United States Army Evaluation Center to provide focused, efficient testing strategies and reduce excessive testing.

Fort Bragg, NC; Baghdad, Iraq

• Developed, implemented and managed a Joint artillery database to analyze all artillery attacks across Iraq to provide analysis to enable general officers to make timely decisions.
• Selected by the Commanding General of XVIII Corps to provide expert advice to the developers of the Combined Information Data Network Exchange (CIDNE) improving user functionality.
• Coordinated and executed the fielding of the new guided multiple launch rocket system in Iraq to provide effective support for all units in Iraq.

Fort Bragg, NC

• Re-organized and trained the battery to execute a new mission to provide transportation and security for over 1 million pounds of Marine ammunition safety and securely out of Iraq.
• Developed and implemented battery training ensuring the battery rapidly completed 100% of their qualifications and was recognized by Joint Air Ground Center of Excellence observers for excellence.
• Directed the reconstitution of the battery after deployment to Iraq receiving commendable ratings for supply management during the Corps Operational Readiness Assessment.
