I’m an executive leader with over 8 years of experience in strategic innovation for our Military and over 20 years of leadership experience.I am best known for building effective, efficient teams to solve complex problems facing our Nation.Most recently I worked for the United States Army Evaluation Center as a deputy director for all Army aviation, air defense, and artillery developmental systems. I was responsible for designing testing strategies for over 191 developmental systems worth in excess of $25 Billion and managing 64 senior civilian engineers and military personnel.I was instrumental in developing and implementing processes to enable the Army to develop new testing strategies for developing future systems which enabled senior executives and general officers to make critical purchasing decisions while reducing testing costs in excess of $10 million and completing testing 6 months ahead of schedule for several developmental systems to support our nation’s servicemen. Previously, I created and trained a team to conduct international coordination with 7 foreign nations that created training opportunities which expanded those countries’ capability to provide security and react to international disasters across the Pacific region.
