- Responsible for developing and evaluating production lines at sites in Brazil and Portugal, in order to identify possible solutions to business challenges through the application of lean manufacturing concepts and development of technological processes.- Development of projects aimed at reducing costs, lead time and productivity in structural assembly processes, subassemblies and mechanical assembly from the small to large segment (wing/tank/fuselage/door/pillar)- Specialist in Lean Manufacturing tools responsible for providing training and evaluations of initiatives and projects in order to disseminate concepts and practices.- Technical coordinator of initiatives in partnership with other companies/consultations (Example: Toyota)- Support in defining the main stages of the production process, estimating costs for macro definitions in terms of industrial strategy and business evaluation.- Responsible for analyzing the impact on the production line due to product modifications. Implement process monitoring through management routines based on statistical tools (CEP, Inspection Capacity Study).- Responsible for preparing and studying the definition of load x capacity and integration of production plans.

- Expertise in process development, line support and in Manufacturing Engineering management of structural assembly in small and large segments in commercial, executive and military aviation.- Scrum Master (by JIRA) and coordinator of activities and team deliveries with internal customerinterfaces (Product/Quality/Production/Planning Engineering)- Implementation of Lean Engineering tools, through the deployment of the strategy inthe development of Manufacturing Engineering.

- Studies and implementation of projects aimed at managing and improving processesin the areas of Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering and ProductionAdministration.

Performance in production management:- Coordinator of work teams (Projects/Manufacturing) - Implementation of projects aimed at lean manufacturing, such as: pull line, production by cells, Kanban, Andon, VSM, TaktTime, Continuous Flow, Heijunka, WIP elimination, etc. - Responsible for non-conformities analysis through Quality tools (Pareto, PDCA, Brainstorming, Ishikawa, 8D, Action Plan, 5Whys and others) - Management of goals and production indicators (KPI's).- Implementation of improvement programs (Kaizens, 5's, Yokotens...) - FOE Program Manager/ Brazil site (requirement AS9100/NAS412/AS9146) - Weekly/monthly reports in English by confcall to headquarters (France) - ASQ Internal Auditor and EMS (AS9100:2016 D / ISO 14001:2015) - Responsible for providing training in the group (Process Manufacturing FOE|Operational Excellence|5'S)

- Responsible for delivering the Central Fuselage 1 e 3 (Embraer 170-195) to the customer.- Responsible for the daily coordination of the warm-up meeting with the engineering and production management areas (daily delivery and logistics planning)- Coordinate and negotiate the planning, matching customer needs with factory capacity and business guidelines. - Management of OTD (On time delivery) & OQD (On quality delivery) indicators.

- Responsible for the implementation and support of Lean tools in the company's production and administrative processes. - Kaizen weeks KPO focusing on time reduction/Cost reduction/Quality improvement.

For determined period (4 months)- Expertise in alluminium parts milling to the automotive and aerospace market.- Responsible to programme and operate machining tools by CNC- Application of Tpm, and improvements in programations
