Senior Software Quality Analyst/Engineer/Consultant with extensive experience in the banking and financial services industries. Why did I choose banking as a career? Because banking is critically dependent on trust, reliability, risk management, and the quality of services provided to each customer. In my most recent 2-year (March 2022 – December 2023) assignment at Wells Fargo, Identity and Access Management(IAM) in Chandler Arizona, I provided both manual and automated testing using the SCRUM AGILE approach, JIRA, Application Lifecycle Management(ALM), and the Visual Studio development environment. From March 2019 until December 2021, I worked as a contract Senior Quality Assurance Analyst in Retail Payments Technology Services at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. At the Kansas City FRB, after becoming familiar with Information Security policy (SAFR), I performed functional testing, acceptance testing, and end-to-end systems integration testing of Retail Payments Office (RPO) Applications using IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) and the satellite applications that provide input to FTM and receive output from FTM. From March 2020 I have worked remote in Phoenix AZ.My experience in manual and automated testing goes back to 2006 at FRB Kansas City and US Bank. My experience in banking goes back to 1980 at United California Bank in Los Angeles and continues until today. I have had many roles in my career from Programmer Analyst, to Project Team Leader/Consultant.
