Designed and implemented the enterprise Identity Management infrastructure that synchronizes user identities across the Bureau's Oracle Internet Directories, eDirectory directories, Active Directory Domains, and LDAP Services environments, as well as numerous databases and applications.Responsible for project planning and managing the development team in implementing IdentityManager Policies and Workflows. Write Acceptance Criteria documents with use cases that governthe synchronization of user identity data based on business and system requirements. Lead engineer in developing the strategy and procedures forconsolidating Novell network services and resources of nine directorates into a single enterprisedirectory service.Designed and maintained the Bureau's LDAP Services infrastructure that provides userauthentication and authorization for all Linux and Solaris systems, as well as LDAP-enabledapplications throughout the Bureau. Worked with system and application owners to gatherrequirements and develop testing schemes to validate the LDAP Services environment is meetingbusiness needs. Developed custom resource management snap-ins within iManager for system and application owners to manage selected resources within the LDAP Services infrastructure.

Performed day-to-day operations of data center, as well as system upgrades and backups. As an I&T Support Engineer, I supported 10 eastern regional Novell Sales Offices. Responsible for installing and maintaining various Novell products in each of the offices, as well as performing hardware upgrades. Also assisted Sales teams with Novell product demonstrations and provided them Helpdesk support.
