Hi! I'm Will!To sum up all I'd do in one role, I would define myself as a Creative. Ever since primary school I've had a passion for creating, which has led to the development of an extensive skill set. This includes Graphic Design, Videography, Editing and Photography, as well as using my animation, storytelling, audio production, and lighting design skills to create live show experiences. These skills are being formalised through a completed Certificate III in Screen and Media, as well as a Bachelor of Design/Business which I will complete this year.Like Michaelangelo in the Sistine Chapel, I love looking at the big picture and using my skills to go into the small details to create harmonious experiences and campaigns. In these experiences, the viewer can connect with the smaller works such as "The Creation of Adam", and use these works to gain more appreciation for the larger work. For me, each small element tells the larger story, even if that story is not explicit. It's only when you take a step back and see the combination of the smaller elements you can interpret the bigger picture. In my spare time, I also thoroughly enjoy using tiny details to tell an underlying story in my own personal social media channels and using smaller works to express myself on a larger scale.Through my work as an Audio/Visual Producer and as the Creative Director of a young Media Team, I have been able to generate countless experiences through not only live production, but through printed design, video series, and numerous other mediums. Throughout the last few years, I have been given the opportunity not only to work in the creative field, but to volunteer in numerous creative direction teams including a local youth ministry, (@saintsyouthrc), a youth festival (@seekersfestival), and in 2020, an event held by the Mayor of the Gold Coast (@easterunited).My future career goals include creating a space where creatives from a wide variety of fields can come together and work in a collaborative environment to not only create high-quality works for clients, but to express themselves creatively in exhibitions and experiences to create awe and wonder.I look forward to connecting with you and talking about your Sistine Chapel!
