Successfully demonstrated graphene growth via furnace deposition from ethanol vapor source, and investigated plasma assisted growth of graphene from various vapor sources in a custom made electrode apparatus.Field Emission Devices – Developed and executed semiconductor process flow to fabricate back gated field emission structures. Successfully fabricated devices operated as high current density electron sources.
