Will Sanders is a Specialist Leader within Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Finance & Enterprise Performance practice. Mr. Sanders is an experienced Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) with extensive knowledge of budget formulation and execution, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business process re-engineering, reporting tools, and financial systems. He has more than 15 years of public sector management experience and 12 years of experience advising finance executives from the public and private sectors. Mr. Sanders also earned an MBA from The George Washington University. Prior to joining Deloitte, he served 8 years in the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) as a commission officer – managing field operations and the agency’s annual operating budget.
