Having spent 8 years with Experian across the UK, Australia and New Zealand markets, I've been involved in various strategic projects focused on data, analytics and software to solve complex business problems. My work has covered Retail, Public Sector, Telco, Utility, Non-Profits and Financial Services; I'm passionate about deeply understanding how businesses operate in order to help them overcome challenges and achieve signficiant objectives and goals. My current role is focused on helping organisations enhance and automate the customer experience throughout the credit lifecycle, to ultimately benefit consumers and drive financial inclusion.
