CurrentProvide business analysis, requirements, design, and development of the Resource Management (finance), Operations and base system components for the Reserve Component Application Software (RLAS) project. Duties include customer relations, business analysis, writing requirements documents and design documents, developing software prototypes, database design, stored procedures development and SQL Reporting Services reports. Additional duties include quality assurance, technical support and user training for the entire suite of applications.• Provided business analysis, wrote requirements, designed and developed (including database tables and stored procedures) a funding control system for Electronic Based Distance Learning inactive duty training for the Army Reserve. Application written in multi tier VB6 ActiveX control accessing MS SQL database. The system actively controls the execution of funds to ensure that annual budget limits are not exceeded. This system allows the Army Reserve to maintain a high percentage of fund execution.• Provided business analysis, wrote requirements, designed and developed (including database tables and stored procedures) a funding control system for Permanent Change of Station (PCS) individual orders for the Army Reserve. Application written in multi tier VB6 ActiveX control accessing MS SQL database. The system actively controls the execution of funds to ensure that annual budget limits are not exceeded. This system allows the Army Reserve to maintain a high percentage of fund execution.• Designed and developed a C# .NET interface to select PDF files stored in MS SQL and have them retrieved, compressed and streamed to the user workstations.• Provide business intelligence reporting, ad hoc database analysis and research, stored procedure performance analysis and stored procedure rewrites to optimize performance.• Provided business analysis and project planning for migrating VB6 ActiveX multi tier application to C# .NET.
