Working from home to call NHS patients and onboard them on to our services• Take inbound calls and address any queries and solving any issues that a patient mayhave• Maintain a strong knowledge base of current NHS advise and practice for relevantmedical issues• Take ownership and responsibility of formatting and uploading the GDPR-protectedspreadsheets received from GPs onto the portal for the rest of the UK team• Lead role on introducing new technological systems that we need to implement fromhome. Creating tutorial documents and hosting set-up sessions with members of theUK team.

- Providing expert Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software advice (Revit, AutoCADetc.) and managing the integration of new software and business practices- Bridging technical gaps between the directors’ visions, the software limitations andthe managed design teams- Regularly conducting detailed monitoring of designs in terms of rate of progressionand accuracy, ensuring that work was being done to specification- Overseeing and providing specific technical support and training to improve anyundesirable design practices- Continuously redesigning and improving our design systems, drawing templates,basic and advanced training materials- Design, create and monitor systems integrating and utilising multiple compatiblesoftware to get information from Revit BIM models into printable spreadsheet-styledata for an almost fully automated estimation system.

Maintain AutoCAD blocks and standard details• Daily CAD Technician work – drawing construction details to assist fitters on site andhelp complete orders for the sales teams• Manage BIM implementation and function• Advise all regions of Planet on build practice and BIM processes as required• Enabling the company-wide implementation of BIM accessibility practices forexisting or potential end-users and clients

- Timekeeping VR sessions- Stock management of replacement parts- Solving of hardware and software faults

- Responsible individual for fire and health and safety within trading hours- Assisting with organising staff breaks on shift- Supervising a team of 12 bar support staff- Management of opening and closing duties

- Performing software and hardware computer checks at the beginning and end of school hours- Fixing any issues found - Reporting to the Head Technician
