If you don't have a leader who can handle this type of pressure, you'll see an event quickly become a disaster. Adrienne is a master at handling this type of adversity. 2. For 12+ years she has always been the one to take on more responsibility outside her job function simply because the company required it and she had the skills to do it. An example of this would be when we moved office locations a few years back. We needed to move into a space much larger than the one we were currently in, needed it to be in a specific location in Boston and then needed the space to basically be built and designed from scratch. Along with doing her job, Adrienne took on this multi month long project and when we moved in there wasn't a single person at IANS who wasn't blown away with how great the new space was. I could go on and on giving example of Adrienne's great work but in the interest of keeping this recommendation not too long I'll simply leave it as Adrienne in an indispensable employee that IANS is very lucky to have.
