- Develops and maintains documents and process guidelines for employee transition (onboarding and offboarding)- Creates easily accessible, online templates for work products (e.g. presentations and one-pagers) to ensure consistency across the office- Reviews initiatives, projects, and office outcomes for synthesizing and reporting in plain language- Updates and streamlines internal processes for constituent calls, and interagency communications in the health and human services cluster
