I spent 15 years controlling the chaos and wearing the multiple hats of the notoriously chaotic restaurant world. In my career in the restaurant industry, I seasoned myself in operations, hospitality, sales, project management, accounting, and finance. I carried my business experience into the ERP world during the onset of COVID-19 and began my career in IT Software & Consulting! I am enjoying creating excellent client experiences in the ERP space with Crestwood Associates, where we are the leader in Acumatica and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Implementation and Services. I pride myself on my gritty work ethic, a desire to support any client beyond their expectations, and a creative drive to bring bigger and better solutions to the ever-changing business world. I’m also not a bad cook and throw a mean dinner party!I enjoy carpentry, restoring old cars & motorcycles and generally building anything, but, unfortunately, this is not an invite to build your IKEA furniture! :) I now live in the great state of Texas, and I call Buda my home.

In partnership with the General Manager of the original location, We coordinated and lead general contractors, electricians, technology experts, public relations team, and all hiring and staffing of the downtown location. We coordinated opening training, managerial procedures, and financial procedures, as well as established vendor and third party contractor relationships. As Assistant General Manager after the opening project of Downtown Los Angeles location, I aided the Director of Operations in all continued operations including Human Resource, Financial, and Training Operations as well as any extraneous ongoing day-to-day operations.

The restaurant needed assistance after its initial opening, needing a complete revamp of its menu, marketing, and operations with a focus on business growth.
