Also responsible for providing customer solutions for Commercial and Government Customer; this effort new contracts valued at $4,000,000.• Consulted with ATN Subsidiaries on wireless projects; issued RFIs and RFPs to evaluate Vendor’s hardware and services; evaluated and negotiated both vendor and telecommunication services contracts valued at $4,500,000. • Migrated problematic backbone network from 5.8 GHz links to reliable Local Multipoint Distribution System (LMDS) licensed frequency, one of the few successful applications of LMDS hardware and frequency usage in the North America; this effort guaranteed Network availability and accessibility consistently.• Designed system and deployed Pre-WiMax Base Stations on the U. S. Virgin Islands of St Thomas, St John, and St Croix; this system enabled a 425% growth in broadband customers; launched a series of Wi-Fi Hotspots as a new product offering that further enhanced the phenomenal broadband growth exponentially.

• Developed Business Cases to grow company services and revenue. Implemented Social Media into areas of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service that created interaction the customer and these departments.
