I worked in the data management department where I had the opportunity to solve messy data problems and build models to predict customer attrition. - Cleaned disparate data sources and developed logistic regression and random forest models to predict the probability of contract termination for hospitals subscribed to our Quality Advisor benchmarking tool.- Standardized and implemented an annual update process for hospital profiles which resulted in more than 50% of hospitals updating and improving their data quality within the Quality Advisor Tool.- Provided on-site consulting services to the Conway Medical Center Pediatrics regarding how to optimize patient workflows for their expanded facilities space.

While at Highland Industries I worked on continuous improvement projects in the chemical finishing department. My major focus was to develop visual basic programs that provide insights into the data recorded by our machines and people.The programs provided three main functions:- Forecast the amount of chemical inventory needed to run work orders over a five week schedule and generate an alert if more inventory needs to be ordered- Calculate and visualize profits and losses by work order to learn which chemicals or styles are causing problems - Visualize stamp times recorded by the fabric press to identify patterns in downtimeProject progress and results were presented bi-weekly to company leadership.
