John has 40+ years of civil engineering design experience and is responsible for coordinating and managing engineering projects undertaken by the Reno NCE office. He coordinates the work of design staff for projects including streets, airfields, highways, utilities, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, flood control structures, mass grading, pavements, and development projects. His diverse experience includes hydrology and hydraulics, transportation, airport, water and wastewater, general civil, recreational, and commercial and industrial developments. Mr. Welsh has extensive project management experience and provides leadership and coordination for large and complex projects including supervision, budgeting, scheduling, communication, and design quality control, as well as lending his immense expertise to the design aspects of the project. Projects have been throughout Nevada and California.
