- Providing technical leadership and strategy for partnership-driven institutional strengthening for BLKs as it relates to private-sector partnership development at the national and sub-national level includes identification and collaboration with Indonesian and international private sector actors for increased investments.- Developing the design and implementation of national and sub-national private sector engagement, advocacy, and outreach for PADU, and subsequently the supported TVET programming, respective partnership-driven institutional strengthening efforts of BLKs, and leveraging private sector resources towards TVET programming.- Providing strategic and operational direction for pilot-scale strategies of private sector engagement and respective TVET institutional strengthening efforts with counterparts.- Identifying best practices and a workforce development (WFD) partnership model that improves the effectiveness of private sector engagement.- Directly oversee core technical team members and help with the implementation of a diverse group of subcontracted or consultant-based team members working on partnerships related to TVET institutional strengthening, engaging the private sector, advocating for it, and reaching out to it.
