Sr. Program Manager
CurrentTasked with ensuring synergy and efficiency with company IT management and vendors. Ensure contingent staffing for technology, engineering, and light industrial meets client business initiatives. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, good business practices, and company-documented procedures (including, but not limited to, quality regulations, government occupational health and environmental regulations, and statutes).Accountable for the team’s day-to-day execution of the CWM lifecycle, including sourcing, expenditure management, invoicing, and assignment management. Work to ensure vendors operate and meet expectations of client IT vendor management office. Create and deliver reporting and analytics to customers, focusing on business impact.Engage with business leaders to develop relationships, drive adoption, and understand business needs.Form strong relationships with the supplier community and provide guidance on performance and business needs.Responsible for data governance and management for the program.Serve as the point of contact for client and supplier escalated issues.Team Performance Management, coaching, mentoring, training, and cross-training.Actively involved in creating and supporting/conducting Business Reviews, Business Analytics presentations.Knowledge of relevant contingent workforce legislation and associated risk.Rate consultation and management of rate card; market rate analysis and rate benchmarking.Support clients such as Humana, Scheider Electric, and Centerwell.
