I use my knowledge and experience with Agile principles, practices and frameworks to support nimble, self-organizing teams, both in software development and other fields. Working both with team members and change agents throughout organizations, I support Agile initiatives and transformations by identifying the right problems to tackle and building shared buy-in. I balance coaching, training and hands-on work to meet organizations where they are, tailoring the approach to the appropriate context.

Data collection and analysis in support of logistical studies for national and international clients.

40-60 hours/week on a five-person Managing Board; supervised Photography, Production, Graphics and Online sections; managed IT systems, Web presence and physical office space

2008: Proofread lab manuals, designed and ran student activities and restocked lab kits2009: Analyzed and compared current limiting circuits to be used in the Fermilab NOvA project's neutrino detector.

Maintained and upgraded computer and networking hardware and software; responsible for maintaining and updating of company Web site and instructing employees. Implemented new Web 2.0 features such as blogs, wiki pages and user feedback.
