Oversee a small but mighty staff as we work to make St. Louis a more peaceful region. Key programs for CRC include mediating landlord-tenant, community, citizen-police, and employment disputes. Primary responsibilities include supervising staff and programs, fundraising and financials, handling HR, supporting Board functions, ensuring contract compliance, providing general oversight for all other organizational functions.

▪ Co-founder; grew the organization to a $60,000 annual budget▪ Led the first local research on the experiences of LGBTQ+ survivors in accessing anti-violence agencies (a five-year cross-sectional analysis) and has presented this research locally and nationally▪ Started and operated LATTA, a grant-funded consulting program to improve LGBTQ+ inclusivity at anti-violence agencies and ensure compliance with certain Violence Against Women Act provisions

Assisted in the Civil Rights and Community Justice Clinic and the Negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, supervised mediations in the St. Louis Pro Se Housing Courts, and created legal solutions to the eviction crisis.

Oversaw board development (recruitment, elections, and retention) and organizational development (grant writing and policy creation).Founded and managed PrideCenter (the region's LGBTQ+ Community Center).
