After a two year apprenticeship at adidas and a two months internship in czech republic at AEG, Wolfram started as a Product Trainer (freelancer) working for adidas Germany where he was an integral part of the successful execution of Streetball Events. After 1,5 years he started as a Project Manager at KIP GmbH where he took on two major initiatives for adidas Germany: to win the consumer at the Retail-POS through proper brand appearance and product display, Wolfram managed the first German Shop-in-Shop installations in close partnership with the adidas sales organisation, key retail partners and agencies. Due to the up-coming new media opportunities of Internet and digital media to reach consumers or to use "e"-media as internal media, Wolfram took on the Project Management of adidas New Media. He managed the development of internal B2B CD-Rom solutions, consumer games, interactive POS Solutions and the first Internet appearance. After successful managing and introducing the project in Germany, Wolfram started at adidas to extend new media activities for adidas Region Europe. Two years later, Wolfram joined on a regional and global level the area of Marketing Services where he worked as an interface (Account Manager/Project Manager) between internal clients and the Creative Services Department.
