I led an innovative and thriving library with more than 100 talented and dedicated staff. We pioneered initiatives including the elimination of late fees, building a makerspace, and becoming a major passport processing facility. During my last year we paid off all our debt, hosted a wonderful dinosaur fossil exhibit from the American Museum of Natural.

In less than two years, we renovated an older library building and modernized the technology and operation of the organization.

I coordinated the collection development team and managed a $500K materials budget.Leading a team of 7, we ordered, received, catalogued, processed, and weeded library materials.I served on the library's Management Team with an incredibly talented and innovative group of leaders.

Worked in system implementation for new customers, including academic, corporate, and school libraries. My primary focus was managing the data migration process, system mappings, and solving functionality issues through data manipulation.
