• Use AuthorIT to develop Learning on Demand programs for self paced online Operational and Technical training.• Manage the AuthorIT single source content management system to maximize content reusability and to reduce enterprise wide redundancy.• Work in conjunction with curriculum developers and legal council to develop Field Operational and Technical Training documentation.• Proof page layout of production documentation to ensure consistency with corporate parameters and standards.

• Use Adobe PhotoShop & QuarkXPress 6 to produce the company’s weekly newsletter including writing, editing and proofreading copy.• Compile MS Word documents into Macromedia RoboHelp to produce Adobe PDF troubleshooting and procedural manuals for company use.
