All programs are based on a clients personal performance thresholds and VO2 testing results. We offer both group and personal training coupled with comprehensive nutrition programming.

FIZEEK! strives to educate, motivate and empower youth, families and communities to make healthy lifestyle choices. We offer health and fitness programming through local community serving organizations, medical professionals and schools. Our core beliefs are that all individuals, despite financial, racial, genetic or geographic disparities deserve the highest quality of health services. Our staff are degreed, certified and practicing health professionals who have a passion for reaching those who cannot afford traditional wellness services such as health coaching, nutrition consultants, personal training and organized sports/recreation.
