Mixing inks to match PMS across various systems (plastisol, waterbase, silicone, etc), creating new ink formulas and managing our formula database, managing inventory, staying up-to-date with ink advancements, working with screen printers and sales reps to give customers the best print

I assisted in the production of a multi-plate intaglio print for Macy Chadwick, which involved mixing colors to match the Pantone color system, following detailed instructions for inking and wiping the plates, and ensuring that the print was in register.

My main task while working at the Genius Bar was to manage the customer experience. This involved checking customers in for their appointments promptly, doing basic troubleshooting of their devices, smoothing over any tricky situations, and taking care of any other needs they might have while at the Genius Bar. I also worked closely with the Genius team, becoming certified as an Apple Technician and taking my own appointments with customers, as well as working with the Genius Admins to learn the backend of the Genius Bar and how to manage customer expectations.
