Specialising in the consumer, retail and life sciences practices, she partners with top companies in these industries to develop world-class leadership teams.Kate joined the Firm after a twenty-year international career with a leading global consumer products company where she was recognised as a leader across all areas of the business with a proven track record in business leadership, operations, sales, corporate affairs, people development and teamwork. She then assumed the role of Managing Director and under her leadership the business achieved significant growth in profitability, while implementing innovative new processes and product development and organisational reforms resulting in continuous cost reduction. A graduate of the University of New South Wales where she studied Behavioural Psychology and History, Kate also completed the Global Management Program at the American Graduate School of International Management (Phoenix, Arizona) in 1994 and the International Executive Program at Harvard Business School in 2001. Kate was named the 2001 winner of the Victorian Telstra Business Women’s Award (Private and Corporate Sector) and received a Centenary Medal for service to Australian society in business leadership in 2003.
