Having built a high-performing content marketing team, I have taken on additional responsibilities for the Market Intelligence division's digital advertising and social media functions, together named the integrated marketing group.

Responsible for establishing a new, global content marketing function within the Market Intelligence division. Recruited and structured a team of seven before taking on additional departments.

S&P Capital IQ and SNL Financial are now united as S&P Global Market Intelligence, providing clients worldwide with unrivaled insight into the companies and markets they cover. I managed the global financial sector marketing team, including both local and remote employees, focused on Market Intelligence solutions that assist commercial banks, insurance companies and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).In 2019, the teams were restructured and I shifted my focus to leading both the Financial and Non-Financial Corporates marketing team in EMEA. With a team of direct reports in the region, my primary focus spanned from initial brand awareness and engagement, to pipeline generation and retention. I was also the European marketing lead for all segments and products within Market Intelligence, ensuring complete alignment with my commercial partners.

As Senior Marketing Manager, I was responsible for the marketing of SNL's global financial data and intelligence platform, covering all regions outside of North America. I created and implemented comprehensive marketing plans aligned to business strategy, with a primary focus on lead generation within credit risk teams and brand development. Direct manager of one Marketing Manager based in Australia.

SNL Financial is a niche provider of industry-specific news, financial data and expert analysis on business sectors critical to the global economy. I was SNL's first marketing hire outside of the USA and upon joining, I took over the European marketing of the Financial Institutions, Media & Communications and Real Estate products. After just over a year, I expanded my role to include the Asia-Pacific region, supporting the launch of SNL's APAC banking coverage. Primary tasks included coordinating PR, email marketing, direct mail, advertising and trade show exhibition, with a focus on generating brand awareness and sales leads.

I supported the PR and internal communications department of the Equiniti Group, encompassing both Xafinity and Equiniti. Key tasks included media monitoring, reporting, co-ordinating press releases and drafting communication plans.

To start 2012, I was given responsibility for Xafinity's Hazell Carr brand. Hazell Carr is one of the UK's leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the regulatory environment.I implemented tactical marketing, focusing particularly on social media and website development.

Xafinity Consulting is a UK specialist in pensions and employee benefits, addressing the needs of both trustees and companies in pensions and actuarial services, flexible benefits, healthcare and training.I enjoyed a successful career with Xafinity, quickly progressing from Marketing Assistant, to Executive level. Key areas of my role included event management (exhibiting at 3rd party conferences and arranging hosted events), maintaining the website and intranet, email marketing implementation, brochure design and printing, competitive research and CRM (Salesforce).
