Together with my manager, I'm helping to establish the Data Governance team and a companywide data strategy from scratch. Since 2022, the two of us have been doing everything from designing and implementing data infrastructure so our colleagues can effortlessly find, access, and work with data, to fostering a vibrant data culture within our organisation. Our goal is simple: To empower every Silabs team member to harness the full potential of data, making data-driven decisions a part of our DNA.Silicon Labs is a global wireless semiconductor company headquartered in Austin Texas.

I was the first Product Manager in Weld, hence a natural part of my journey was to define the agile structures that allowed my team to deliver the most value, and design the product roadmap.The structures and roadmap helped build a common understanding among all stakeholders of which outcomes we should pursue, how to measure progress, and how the direction aligns with our business strategy. In addition I have made sure that the product decisions we made were infused with customer input by setting up weekly user interviews to collect feedback and integrate experimentation into our product discovery process.Weld is a product that allows users to extract, analyse, model and activate their data in one place. The goal of Weld is to help businesses make commercial use of their data faster by providing a managed infrastructure that can turn raw data from databases and SaaS systems into business insights.

My mission was to foster a culture that build great products. I did this by teaching Leaders and Product Owners how to do outcome based product management, and by coaching my squads to get frequent and early user feedback. Speed is key to deliver value and get learnings as soon as possible, in order to iterate and build products that our users love. I worked in Future Financing, a moonshot of Danske Bank's Financing Development unit. We worked in cross-functional teams to innovate and digitalise credit decisions. In this role, I have worked with value delivery through process optimisation: from exploration of opportunities to development and implementation. New Ventures was a unit dedicated to exploring the future of banking. As I graduated from Copenhagen Business School I left my position as President of CBS AID to pass the daily responsibilities to the school's current and dedicated students. However I kept following CBS AID for the first months as Chairwoman to guide the transition of onboarding new members, organisational development and help the new team tackle general challenges on the go.

CBS AID is a non-profit student organisation that empowers fellow students in Denmark to take action in order to help children in need across the world by collaborating with humanitarian partners. As I founded the organisation I landed Unicef as our first partner to fundraise money for children's education in Bangledesh. We fundraised by bringing together students and businesses to put focus on impactful initiatives from e.g. BCG or Social Foodies etc. My role was to lead the organisation, establish new partnerships and empower the teams to 'go do'. I was highly committed to growing CBS AID through the talented steering committee and amazing partners.

I am more than proud to have been a part of UNICEF Denmark's Millennial Advisory Board. I worked with a dedicated group of 9 other board members to start initiatives that will help reach the UN Sustainable Development Goals while engaging the Millennial generation.

I was initially hired to work as the receptionist and daily manager for Tanja at Co+, but my area of responsibilities developed quickly and so did my ability to keep a general view while having a lot on my plate. In time I also became the Office Manager and personal assistant to CEO Gaute Høgh. Besides being responsible for the reception and all incoming calls, I assisted employees in a wide range of respects such as project planning, handling of applications and coordination of meetings.http://coplus.com/

This was my first office job where I learned to structure my tasks and plan ahead of schedule.
