As a founder of Standard Hydrogen, I'm part of a team that is working on developing and implementing hydrogen energy storage to help modernize the grid and transportation infrastructure, and to reduce carbon and emissions output. It's a huge challenge, and we're excited to be able to play a part in it. As an attorney in private practice, I focused on growth oriented ventures – pre-formation; fundraising; intellectual property development; intercompany agreements; operations; mergers and acquisitions; sales; and managed exits. My client base has included universities and incubator-based startups, bringing their technologies out of the lab, and to their partners and to markets. I take pride in applying my knowledge of law, business and technology, and in adding value with my contributions. All of my clients have been unique, frequently requiring creative approaches based on their strengths, challenges and opportunities.
