• Captured 400 processes with hundreds of process steps eliminated worth $200k in improvement for Customer Service, Ingram Integration Center, Cloud Services, Cloud Harmonics, Acquisition, Professional Training Services, Apple Care, Cisco, VMware, and Veeam.• Developed ISO compatible document control system for process flows and standard operating procedures.• Created an onboarding program for new hires to introduce all aspects of Ingram Micro’s business.• Led a cross functional team to improve a customer service process which was causing major delays in processing returns; realized $100k in savings.• Teamed to improve process for products shipped directly from vendors to customers; saved $970K. • Cloud Harmonics Acquisition; worked with Ingram and Cloud associates to capture Cloud Harmonics processes and develop future state processes integrated into the Ingram Micro system. Captured 50 processes and designed Home Page with radio buttons to allow associates easy access to the process flows.• SKU Table Limits Project; 8 Million SKU’s in the system had filled 98% of the SKU table. Doubled the size of the SKU table. Recommended improvements to reduce the number of SKU’s in the system.
