- Directing the data needs of 13 projects across 6 battleground states in over 25 cities- Creating and managing all necessary project data tools and documents such as dashboards, canvasser performance reports, QC logs, and toolkits- Acting as the admin for VAN across all assigned projects including universe setup and management, precinct prioritization and turf cutting operations- Serving as the main point of contact for the data department for all project communications between departments and with clients- Training and managing data associates in accordance with project-specific needs

- Leading tool management and support (including VAN, Mobilize, Scale to Win)- Supporting data movement and tactical universe management- Managing volunteer recruitment universes and universe prioritization to ensure appropriate calling and texting and that integration of incoming leads into succeeding recruitment calls- Building and maintaining reports in Google Sheets- Managing triage of data flags and ensuring all are receive timely responses

- Managing direct voter contact in VAN including the upholding of data integrity, organization of clean data reporting, and improvement of how campaign metrics were tracked- Executing the recruitment, training and engagement of fellows and volunteers for direct voter contact and rallying communities with a call to action for flipping Texas and electing Democrats down-ballot- Organizing detailed reporting of large quantities of data in VAN, managing the extraction of that data for regular reports, and tracking of voter IDs to execute necessary GOTV efforts

- Managing the implementation of and adjustments to comprehensive direct voter contact plan- Coordinating the communication of campaign vision with direct voter contact via door-to-door canvasses, phone banks, and text banks- Organized detailed reporting of large quantities of data in VAN, extracting data for regular PTG reports, and tracked voter IDs to prepare, project and execute necessary GOTV efforts
