Automated server for collecting data from, charging, and keeping track of IR sensor devices. Client application for connecting to and controlling FOUP device over a network connection. Web interface for configuration and alternate means of access. Tasks: - Implemented RS-232 communication protocol for interfacing with IR sensor devices in C#. - Designed key object involved in all information storage of wafer data. Object used in all OnWafer software and contains data about the sensor device and the data it has collected. Data object designed with future products in mind with large potential for expandability. Created with C#. - Created multiple interfaces for the SmartFOUP, one created in ASP.NET, the other a C# windows application.
