With a vision and a plan, I rallied a talented team and transformed our approach, not just saving the business but setting it on a path for future growth.My journey has taken me from classrooms in China to boardrooms in New Zealand, with stops in Ecuador along the way. These diverse experiences have molded me into a leader who values empathy, innovation, and collaboration.
