Xiaohan Yi is an engineering student at EPF – Ecole Polytechnique Féminine, one of France's top engineering schools. She will graduate in July 2021 with a major in Engineering & Management after five-year comprehensive program. With an academic background as a generalist engineer, it has helped her to practice in her previous internships, especially for the last-year work (80%) study (20%) apprenticeship at MTN (an Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing company) in France, where she has been in charge of the continuous improvement of the financial performances. She has applied her skills in three areas: programming languages such as VBA, open-source optimizer such as Opensolver and some related electrical knowledge. She is comfortable in agile project management to generate value through adaptive solutions. Outside of her studies, she volunteered as for Chinese Students and Scholars Association Troyes, an association affiliated with the Chinese Embassy in France, which helps students adapt and network in their new country. She was responsible for the publicity work of the activities, handling the construction, maintenance, and updating of the public platform to actively strengthen the promotion of the external image of the association and the promotion of cultural exchanges between China and France even including assistance activities in response to the COVID19 epidemic.Xiaohan thrives on new challenges and is searching for job opportunities after her graduation.
