I provide Gartner’s premium advisory service for senior technology and transformation leaders, providing strategic and independent support to C-Level Executives in the process of adapting and transforming their technology functions and business models to respond to digital disruption.

I was responsible for setting and leading the software services and solutions portfolio strategy, development and operations across all of GE China. His team develops software and big data analytics to power the Industrial Internet, a living network of intelligent machines and systems designed to advance industry and improve lives. These systems and solutions put data to work for GE’s customers, giving businesses intelligent insight to make more sustainable and safe products.

Directly reported to Chief Technology Officer, VP of GE China• Overall coordinate China business engagement for Software & Analytics• Lead key account management from technology front to drive collaborative R&D with strategicpartners• Led China Innovation Centers (CIC) initiative and drove CIC program execution with Chinaengineering and commercial leaders. Managed $23MM CIC program portfolio in 2011/2012 on NPIand application development. As the overall program manager, led the team to set up GE’s firstGlobal Customer Innovation Centers in Chengdu and Xi’an.• Manage programs to address local NPI challenges and to improve ICFC (In-China-For-China) program execution. Drive training programs to enhance local Product Management capabilities.

• Provide leadership and direction at China Technology Center (CTC) to drive Lean Six Sigma culture. Own all the Lean Six Sigma training programs.• Lead CTC operation team to ensure operational excellence to co-located businesses with continuousimprovement on key functional processes.

• Lead R&D team on NTI projects to develop next-generation algorithms for industrial equipment diagnostics/prognostics and decision-making systems.• Assess current and future technology capabilities and needs in areas of Analytics and Prognotics&Health Managerment (PHM) for industrial businesses, such as Aviation, Oil&Gas and etc.• Shape technical vision and develop technology roadmap with business teams.• Lead technical proposals with internal/external customers and government agencies
