As an early employee at a company specializing in data management for medical research, I participated in many successful projects.* Implemented a processor for electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs) including an execution engine for Clinical Quality Language (CQL), which was used for scoring of millions of patient records for Quality Payment Program (QPP) submission.* Designed and implemented (with collaborators) a declarative framework for configurable research study management solutions, which were successfully deployed at dozens of research institutions.* Implemented critical components of a sophisticated ETL process to support a massive cross-institutional data collection project.* Created a compositional query framework with a sophisticated SQL backend that serves as a backbone for the company's projects.* Designed and implemented the testing, integration and deployment pipeline, which is used by all the company's software products.* Migrated the application platform to the cloud environment using Docker containers and Kubernetes container orchestration system, in order to ensure its longevity and scalability.
