Responsible for developing the immigration and labor policy portfolio with our Farmer members and the Federal Policy Committee for advancing Young Farmers’ priorities through legislation, implementation, administrative change, and annual appropriations. I track and analyze federal legislation related to immigration and labor while also developing relevant policy communications. I advocate immigration and labor issues on Capitol Hill and executive branch agencies.

- Conducted a full audit of our ad tracking database (over 2,000 ads)- Created our campaign email tracker (we are now daily tracking about 300 different Republican campaign emails) - Kept GOPAdTracker.com up to date (uploading about a thousand individual ads to our tracker) Collected Facebook ad data on #BidenBorderCrisis (this is a manual thankless task to get $ and reach figures)- Outlined a Decoding Racist and Xenophobic Dog-Whistles project that will continue into next year, writing and publishing the first in the series debunking the myths and calling out the strategic racism about the lie that migrants spread COVID. She also did important research and writing on the second segment around the lie that "migrants bring drugs"

Responsible for having conversations with low-wage airport workers at their home and workplace about the power of a union; identified workplace leaders; mapped a workplace; mobilized workers to take action; supported and planned protests, demonstrations, and actions. Key Accomplishments: - Worked with three different airport contractor companies and built a relationship with over 50 workers.- The company I was organizing against raised their minimum wage to $15/hour from $12 due to union pressure.

Created a campus coalition of 35 organizations to spread awareness of accurate voting information and rights Organized/Registered 600 poll monitors to 30 locations in Florida by managing out sabotaging extremists, calling and scheduling each poll monitor, and motivating the team through frequent communication, and by being proactive through strategic planning. Organized/Trained volunteers for phone/text banking during the Georgia Runoff election in partners with Fair Fight through social media and zoom meetings.

Created content that would reach around 10K+ people per post and interact with around 3K+ weekly by answering questions and responding to comments.
