Management of qualification and validation activities at the Village-Neuf site for the Pharmaceutical (GMP parts 1 and 2), Infant Food, Food, Cosmetic and Feed grade products.

- In charge of site qualification activities related to production equipments for the pharma, infant food, food, feed and cosmetic grades- Implementation of QV strategies including new SOPs for master validation plan, qualification of production equipments, standard protocols to cover periodic qualification activities (laminar air flow hood, zoning, warehouse temperature mapping, etc.)- Validation activities (CSV, process and cleaning)- Site interface for QV points (change control, CAPEX projects, etc.)- Management of QV non-conformities and deviations- Customer/regulatory audits

- NOVARTIS (Huningue, 2017): QV projects (IHM revamping of an autoclave, qualification of chromatography columns, cold warehouse temperature mapping and bioreactors)- OCTAPHARMA (Lingolsheim, 2017): 3 simultaneous QV projects (modifications performed on a PW loop, IHM revamping of a washing machine and depyrogenation tunnel, implementation of a new particle counter). For all projects: Writing of the corresponding QV documents and tests execution (from DQ to PQ). Following of the punch-list points and deviations. Supplier interface for QV points.- Referent in the field of pharmaceutical materials: stainless steels, surface treatments of stainless steel, rouging, elastomers, etc.

- NOVARTIS (Huningue, 2016) : current state of process validation of biotechnological products (product/process impurities, hold time/process time, viral clearance, LIVCA, etc.) and identification of gaps and improvement axis- LILLY (Fegersheim, 2014/2015): qualification of formulation stations, CIP/SIP systems, CPS system and filter integrity testers from DQ to PQ in the scope of the CGV3 project. Writing and execution of the corresponding qualification tests. Team leader for the CPS perimeter- Referent in the field of pharmaceutical materials: stainless steels, surface treatments of stainless steel (passivation, electro-polishing, etc.), rouging, elastomers, etc.- Development of internal tools (ex: principle of P&IDs)- Writing of scientific articles

- Production follow-up of top & bottom grinding wheels- Development of new abrasive formulations - Technical support of the commercial service
