Techpebbles especializes in scalable content consumption platforms with millions of hits and concurrent viewership. We provide end to end solution for content consumption including content upload, preparing it for multiple screens and making it available for consumption on wide variety of screen sizes. Besides Techpebbles helps TV Broadcasters in targeting new digital audiences and helps them grow their revenue using its platform. In order to best serve our clients we created an end to end publishing system including live streaming and video consumption with a self-scaling, self healing cloud based infrastructure on cheaper blades.Some of the clients and media partners included Express News, TenSports, Business Plus, Zaiqa TV, Neo TV, 8XM, Cartoon Network and Discovery

Under my leadership See'n'report grew from a web based content generation platform to a fully blown digital media technology and consultancy firm with products ranging from web and mobile news gathering and publishing platforms to core news and content flow products. Seenreport provides multiple products for digital publishing that define multimedia flows, optimise monetisation and act as an OTT platform available on multiple devices for digital age consumption needs.My core responsibilities were; - Coming up with new products by keeping an eye on market needs- Manage product perception- Work closely with tech team for implementation- Manage clients and their needs- Spearhead the sales and marketing- Consult with clients to increase their publishing portfolio and revenuesThe clients included Geo Tv, Geo News, Jang, The News, Geo Super, Geo Kahani, Geo Entertainment, Aaj Tv, Play Tv, Express News, Hero Tv, Sach Tv etc.

See'n'Report was a Media Tech startup which aimed at improving the technology involved in news gathering and publishing. Our main product was a Social News - Citizen Journalism Suite launched at the helm of political crisis in Pakistan which empowered news organisations to gather news through digital mechanism like mobile, email, text , blogs and microblogs and helped them curate this content and publish it online or integrate it with the news room. The solution catered from big media organisations, TV channels, Newspapers to individuals like bloggers, Micro-Bloggers and activists with mobile and social network integration.My core job was the design the solutions, program them, keep the operations running and carve out new deals with content partners for content generation.I was also responsible for managing the relationship and handle clients requirements and delivery for the platforms of the client. The platform was also used by Geo News, Samaa Tv and Aaj TV for their citizen Journalism and digital content generation initiatives.

Being a technology based startup our aim is to Create Value through Innovation. We create innovative web 2.0 products and provide technically sound services to our clients, staying one step ahead when it comes to quality and support.We have successfully launched products like SMSFriennds (Facebook sms application), iSMS.pk, high profile projects like Twitter Pakistan Project and provided advertisement oppurtunities to many across modern advertisement platform.

At Systems Limited I was part of Pakistan's biggest ever single project team of that time, reporting to multiple managers and working on an ERP for an American apparel giant Liz Claiborne. My core responsibilities included designing, programming and executing the dev plans and working in teams carrying out modular integrations and applying CMMI3 processes.I started off as a Trainee and in 2 years became a team lead working on complex designs, business processes like automation of Sales, Production and EDI while delivering work in technologies like Visual Basic, HTML, SQL, Oracle and Oracle web tool kit. Throughout my time in Systems Limited I was a top rated employee, an active participant and elected member of Systems Recreational Club and many other team building exercises.
