Field Securitymanager
Current• Responsible for overall security of isolated Oil and Gas Processing Center in the Western Desert.• Provides direction and supervision for all security matters to base General Managers. • Manages and directs local guard force consisting of armed and unarmed personnel.• Liaison with locally assigned Police unit to provide escort security for Expat movements.• Develops policy and procedures for security force on base.• Instrumental in the construction of an anti-vehicle security berm as a part of base security initiative. • Provides oversight and direction for important physical security improvements on and around the base.• Developed and implemented the first identification badging system at his base and within the Khalda Concession.• Developed access control procedures for the base that did not previously exist.• Acts as the Liaison with Expat Security Specialist and works together to improve overall security at base.• Encourages and engages in a hands on approach to all security matters.• Mentors security supervisors within current span of authority.
