CurrentTeam size: 63 HCProject role: Service Owner- End-to-end responsibility for the holistic service;- Develop and adjust the strategic roadmap for the service;- Control the service metrics and regular review of their relevance;- Regular reporting about the service health for c-level management;- Regular project meeting participation and representing the service ;- Resolve issues/blockers impacted the service ;- Prioritizing the scopes and making trade-offs;- Hiring.Project role: Project Manager- Writing project documentation, SLA documentation, requirements specification for developers;- Risk and dependencies estimation;- Resource calculation ;- Coordinating the project team and communication with developers teams;- Regular progress/issues reporting across the stakeholders and customers;- Deal with issues/escalations;- Agile ceremonies conducting (Sprint planning, Daily, Sprint review, Backlog refinement);- Collaboration with internal customers;- Developing KPI;- Create short-term and long-term goals and distribute tasks among team members;- Timing control;- Data analytics, SQL, and database.-----Key successes: - Improved a strategy for HD and 3D lines products;- Successfully prepared over 10 Autopilot demos for customers;- New tool for creating HD map data was developed;- Established a pipeline for data and tool testing;- Significant team growth and increased amount of processing map data;- Successful promotion of an operation specialist to the highest operation positions;- Team re-organization (split into streams) to increase its manageability.
