My name is Jason.I hold a Master's degree in Management and International Business which was awarded to me by Birmingham City University in 2018.During my graduate days,I was exposed to all kinds of knowledge of international strategic management, global business operations, international operations strategy, and so on, which exerted a positive influence on my work performance.[Procurement Experience]I have worked as a purchasing at Porsche since 2018. To develop insightful procurement strategies, I regularly join meeting with global partners to keep myself up-to-date with the latest market trends and benchmarks. Gaining and sharing information with them, I can precisely and decisively select vendors and evaluate their performance. Plus my pricing negotiation skills, I successfully achieved a cost reduction of 14% in 2020 and 11.22% in 2021. As for my project achievement, I was the coordinator of AC & DC charger projects, which respectively achieved a 16% and 2% reduction in total. With years of experience, I gained a deep insight into the supply chain and developed abilities to create a comprehensive proposal for projects as well as strategies that reached business objectives.[Sales Experience] I worked as a sales manager at CRK Sales, which was a classical car supplier. Although it was a challenge for me to lead the sales team to exploit the classical car business globally, I worked diligently to collect market information as much as possible, build deals with global suppliers, and maintain stable relationships with our VIP Group. Our team had successfully won 20 components PO of Aston Martin and achieved VIP Group’s expectations by actively seeking possible suppliers and negotiating with them, which created a huge profit for the company.[My Advantages]With great interpersonal communication skills, I am capable of interacting closely with key stakeholders internally and externally. Thanks to this, I have gained an excellent organizational capabilities and have been able to better develop business and procurement strategies.
