- Work in global cross-functional matrix-managed organisation of 90,000 employees to collaboratively develop and implement learning solutions for technology involved in compliance and governance of human biological samples* Lead and execute international complex training projects to develop innovative learning materials and programmes, firmly rooted in instructional design and learning principles, with AI tools* Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skill and knowledge gaps and to define learning objectives* Partner with subject matter experts and achieve their buy-in to provide scientific and institutional knowledge* Manage administration of internal training programmes, dive into learning analytics to uncover insights, and act on these data-driven insights to improve adoption* Communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences * Establish feedback loop for existing processes to highlight gaps and drive improvements in talent management processes and practices, and translate insights into product enhancements* Serve as Global Lead for an Employee Resource Group (ERG), to foster strong ties between global sites of AstraZeneca and to drive DE&I agenda* Work with Learning Management Systems, HCM system, project management tools and course authoring tool
