I am a final year business student at Xiamen University Malaysia, majoring in international business with a 3-year record of being in the top 10% among students. I have a strong academic foundation in international business principles, cross-cultural communication, and strategic planning, complemented by a proactive work ethic and exceptional problem-solving skills. I am also a dedicated team player with a global perspective and passion for exploring new cultures and markets, aiming to contribute to a dynamic organization.Since March 2019, I have been working as a seller at Sneaker Reseller, where I conduct market trend analysis of each newly released sneaker to ensure that each trainer has a greater potential profit margin. I prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to order, and sell sneakers on Stock X and Goat, generating over 100K USD in revenue. I am also able to find new sources to reach Chinese customers. Additionally, from December 2019 to December 2022, I worked as an insurance agent at GREAT EASTERN, where I helped clients choose the best policy and made sure all legal requirements were met. I identified sales opportunities and risk management strategies, handled policy renewals and tracked claims, and evaluated customers’ needs and financial status and proposed protection plans that met their criteria. I am financially literate and experienced in managing budgets and investments. I constantly updated my job knowledge and learned about new products and services. Through these experiences, I have developed and demonstrated skills in business knowledge, business strategy, business analysis, market research, customer service, and communication. I am eager to apply these skills and learn new ones in a challenging and diverse environment, where I can support the organization’s vision and mission, and bring value to the team and the customers.
