Moved the station from 14th to 5th (18-34 persons).- Revenue Growth: Boosted revenue 25% working with sales director to devise new approaches to revenue generation. - Change Management: Led successful transition to music-only focus, a major change for the 14 on-air employees. Led workshops and met one-on-one with each person to build consensus. Retained all employees except one, and improved ratings in all time slots.- Cost Control: Cut operating budget 19% by cutting unnecessary expenditure, renegotiating contracts and evaluating all expense items.
