Start up employees wear many hats, and I'm no exception. I supported the retail, operations, and executive teams by launching and managing SaaS and IT-related projects, including Office 365 administration. Concurrently, I supported the sales and executive team in my role as a front-line patient support & engagement team lead. This role allowed me to engage directly with patients to answer questions, solve problems, and share knowledge about cannabis so that our patients received the most effective symptom relief possible.

I administered the daily operations of ACHE, a non-profit professional membership association, by supporting the activities of the members and the board of directors of the association from the home office of ACHE at the University of Oklahoma. I managed and/or supported association events, membership, social media and marketing, financials, publications, and our digital presence. It was my pleasure to work with the staff at the Marine Corps Base Camp Hansen Staff Noncommissioned Officers’ Academy as I taught professional writing skills to the sergeants, staff sergeants, and gunnery sergeants who attended the academy. Instruction focused on effective ways to improve students writing skills while identifying and eliminating common workplace communication errors.
