CurrentSenior Project Manager, Air Force Installation Management Support Center (AFIMSC) Detachment 2 (Det 2) Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Senior General Engineer, Cherokee Federal. As AFIMSC Det 2 Supervisory Senior & Lead Project Manager (PM) for MILCON Family Housing and other MILCON construction at KAB program, responsible for cradle to grave (Programming and Construction project management) management using various engineering interdisciplinary skills and experiences (architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, and environmental). Program summary includes: Programming 87 projects $600M, Solicitation Package Development 34 projects $307M, Design 5 projects $387M, Construction 29 projects $360M and Closeout & Warranty $135M. Ensured assigned duties, tasks, design and construction projects by AF IMSC DET 2 OL-B, leadership and Cherokee Team Lead are accomplished, achieve and fulfilled. Performed strategic project management. To ensure that all projects execution follows design standard, UFC criteria, current codes, and regulations (US and Host Nation). Improved project productivity and performance by documenting lesson learned for all current design and construction issues. Prepared and coordinated Form 1391 Packages. Conducted site visits for possible upcoming projects to be developed. Create and coordinate for cost estimation from within 718CE and local Japanese Construction Companies. Developed SOW and Solicitation Package for contract execution, provide tech evaluation. Continually working with various stakeholders and executions agents; 18CONS/PKC (CO & COR), Housing Office & Maintenance staffs, installation using agencies such CE Operation, Communications, Security Force, residents, etc.) & USACE Leadership and all stakeholders are updated and inform of the project status, progress, issues, and concerns. Supported Design Review for MILCON MFH and other MILCON projects. Conduct Technical Reviews for Request for Information (RFI) submissions.
